Sept 11: Solomon Douglas Swingtet
Solomon Douglas is a jazz pianist and bandleader, whose various bands have played at more than fifty swing dance exchanges, camps, workshops, and other dance events in North America, Asia, and Australia over the past seven years. The S. D. Swingtet is a ten-piece dance band whose repertoire is rooted in that of the Basie and Ellington bands, with other big-band standards and classic jazz tunes thrown in as well.
Oct. 9: Bombay Jim & the Swinging Sapphires
Returning after "wowwing" the crowd at the June dance, Bombay Jim will keep you on your feet all night long! Since the release of their CD "Keep Honkin", Bombay Jim and the Swinging Sapphires have been hailed as one of the country’s hottest swing bands. They were featured on the HBO Series, "Family Bonds", and can be heard on jazz and swing radio stations throughout the nation.
Nov 13: Doc Scanlon's Rhythm Boys with vocalist Colleen Pratt
For over twenty years, Doc Scanlon has rocked the capitals of the world from Albany, New York to St. Petersburg, Russia with an exciting blend of Big Band Swing and Rockin' Rhythm & Blues. Audiences can't resist tunes by Louis Prima, Ray Charles, Glenn Miller, The Temptations, Nat King Cole, Chuck Berry, and Brian Setzer - put a dance floor in front of this band and feet start flying!
Dec 4: Sweet Willie D & the Continental Walk

A six-piece band dedicated to preserving a true American Art form...
The Blues! Led by the dynamic singing of Sweet Willie D, the Continental Walk plays
stupendous jump/swing blues that will knock you off of your feet! This is a dance not to be missed.
Jan 8: Hot Cat Jazz

The Hot Cat Jazz Band is the hottest band on the East Coast, specializing in swing, big band jazz and classic rock dance music.
Their repertoire includes Swing Standards of George Gershwin, Cole Porter and Duke Ellington such as Take The A Train, All Of Me and Satin Doll; Big Band hits of Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller and Tommy Dorsey such as Chattanooga Choo Choo, Sentimental Journey and In The Mood.
February 12: Sax Gordon
"Sax" Gordon Beadle is one of the most exciting and in-demand performers carrying on the great tradition of American Rhythm & Blues Saxophone, both in studios and in clubs and concert halls worldwide. With astonishing ability and virtually unmatched energy, Gordon brings rocking sax workouts, swinging classics, gutbucket Blues, and deep ballads alive like no other player on the scene today.
March 12: Eight to the Bar

Eight to the Bar is one of the finest, most energetic bands this side of the Hudson
(and one of our most popular).
Their double female vocals and outstanding instrumentals deliver great swing and rhythm & blues.
April 9: The Gordon Webster Swing Band
Pianist Gordon Webster is one of the most sought after musicians in the Lindy Hop world. His tremendous musicianship and passion, supported by his first-hand knowledge of social dancing, have inspired Lindy Hoppers at hundreds of dance events worldwide. Drawing on influences as diverse as Fats Waller, Count Basie, Oscar Peterson and Gene Harris, Webster serves up an energetic smorgasbord of styles unified by one characteristic: irresistible danceability. One of the most active and versatile musicians on the scene, Webster maintains ongoing collaborative relationships with a diverse array of jazz/blues and Lindy Hop luminaries. He has appeared as a sideman to Wycliffe Gordon and has collaborated on multiple occasions with Barbara Morrison, and is a regular featured guest with New York's Cangelosi Cards.
May 14: Dom V and the Swingout Big Band
This authentic-sounding big band, led by Domenic Valarioti, consists of 18 of Massachusetts' finest musicians. They will be
performing the swing music of Count Basie and Frank Sinatra, as well as many other classics from the swing era.
June 11: The Love Dogs

This local seven-piece, high-energy band, combines elements of jump blues, New Orleans R&B and early rock’n’roll into their own powerhouse sound.
The band features a three-piece sax section, a three-piece
rhythm section, and one crazy singer.
